Boat Lock Keys & Refunds for Deposits

Lodge your request for a Boat Lock Key Remote or a Deposit refund after returning your existing boat lock key remote.

	Boat Lock Key - Private Use	For private use key requests only.
	Boat Lock Key - Commercial Use	For commercial use requests only.
	Boat Lock Key - Deposit Refund	To request a refund, you must be the payee and provide proof of the original key deposit payment.

Parking

	Licence types	Description
	Commercial vehicle parking	Complete this form to apply for a commercial vehicle parking permit. This permit allows a commercially registered vehicle to use commercial loading zones for the purpose of loading and unloading goods. Working vehicles such as utilities, vans and dual cabs do not require a permit if they are commercially registered.
	Resident event parking	Complete this form to apply for a resident event parking permit. You must reside within the event traffic areas to be eligible.
	Resident parking	Complete this form to apply for a resident parking permit. This permit allows you to park in time-restricted parking areas near your residence.
	Visitor parking	Complete this form to apply for a visitor parking permit. This permit allows your visitors to park in time-restricted parking areas near your residence.
	Carer parking	Complete this form to apply for a carer parking permit. To be eligible for this permit, you must be a volunteer or unpaid carer and provide care or assistance to a particular person at a specific location within a time-regulated parking area. Do not complete this application if you are employed by, or contracted to, an approved home care service provider. You will need to apply for a residential care service parking permit.
	Residential care service parking	Complete this form to apply for a residential care service parking permit. To be eligible for this permit, you must be contracted to, or employed by, an approved home care service provider. This permit allows you to park in time-restricted parking areas whilst actively carrying out your services. Do not complete this application if you are an unpaid or volunteer carer. You will need to apply for a carer parking permit.

	Eat Safe agreement	Complete this form to make an agreement with City of Gold Coast to display your Eat Safe Gold Coast food safety rating. You must be the approval holder to make this agreement.
	Eat Safe assessment	Complete this form to apply for a regrade or review of your Eat Safe assessment.
	Food business (fixed)	Complete this form to apply for a food business licence for a new fixed premises or an existing fixed premises.
	Food business (mobile)	Complete this form to apply for a food business licence for a new mobile premises or an existing mobile premises.
	Food business (temporary)	Complete this form to apply for a food business licence for a temporary premises. You may elect to apply for an annual licence or for a one-off event.
	Food safety program	Complete this form to submit a food safety program for accreditation.
	Food safety training course	Complete this form to enrol in the City's food safety training course. This course provides attendees with training in food safety matters.
	Higher risk personal appearance service (fixed)	Complete this form to apply for a higher risk personal appearance services licence for a fixed premises.

	Advertising device	Complete this form to apply for a licence for an advertising device.
	Temporary banner	Complete this form to apply for a temporary banner licence. This licence allows you to install a temporary banner at an approved banner site to promote a short term event.
